How can I register for help with my move?
In order to use our service, just choose from the home page if you are a buyer or seller and fill out our easy online application. Our service is completely free and you will not be asked for your credit card or payment information.

Can I sign-up via phone?
We are only a click or a call away, if you have additional questions, you can contact us directly. Can I change real estate agents or brokers?
You can change to a different agent, as long as you haven't signed a legal agreement with your current agent. Call 866-577-0596 Mon-Fri from 8:30 am to 5pm EST, or email CustomerSupport@Real-Estate-Deals.com if you would like to be matched with a new agent.

Can I use an agent that I know?
If you have their name and phone number, let us know and we'll check to see if they are willing to participate in our program. However, if you have already met with this agent regarding your upcoming transaction, we will be unable to help you.

When will I be matched with a broker?
After speaking to one of our Move Specialists you will be put in contact with your agent within 2 business days. If your need is immediate we can always try to find a broker who can get in touch faster.

What are the commission rates of agents associated with the Real Estate Agent Matcher?
Check with your agent. They'll give you the same rates that they offer to all of their clients.

How does the Cash Back program work?
The Cash Back program is not available in all states and your transaction must fulfill certain criteria to be eligible.

Am I eligible for the Cash Back program?
Certain state/province laws do not permit the payment of cash benefits in real estate transactions. Your transaction will be subject to the laws of the state or province where the real estate is located. AK, AL, KS, KY, LA, MO, MS, NH, NJ, OK, OR, RI, SD, TN and WV do not allow us to provide you with the cash benefit of this program. In addition to the above US states, some Canadian provinces have restrictions on cash benefits. AB, BC, MB, NS, NB, NFL, NWT, NV, ON, PE, PQ, SK, YK do not allow us to provide you with the cash benefit of this program. The cash back incentive is not offered on property values less than $150,000. Nonetheless, you are welcome to participate in this program without the cash benefit, and be connected with a quality Real-Estate-Deals.com network broker or agent in your area to help you buy or sell real estate.

What will be the amount of my incentive?
Use the calculator to figure the approximate value of your incentive. Amounts vary based on the details of the transaction and are subject to change based on final transaction values. Please note: The incentive being sent to you is not part of the real estate transaction. Values used in the real estate transaction are only used to determine the amount of your incentive.

Do I get two incentives if I buy and sell through your service?
If we match you with an agent to buy and sell property and you close on both transactions with that agent, you'll receive an incentive for each transaction.

How long does it take for me to get my incentive?
You'll receive the incentive in the mail after buying and/or selling real estate using one of our agents. The check is sent to you approximately two weeks after the closing of the transaction and your agent has honored their contractual commitments to Real-Estate-Deals.com.

What is the hidden cost of this service?
The great thing about Real-Estate-Deals.com is that there are no hidden costs. We will not charge you anything for our assistance!

How does Real-Estate-Deals.com make their money if there is no charge?
We make our money from referral agreements with our partner brokers. The referral amounts may vary, but all are industry standard amounts, and will not increase your out of pocket costs at all.
